DELIVERY

QUICK EXPEDITION
When you place an order at Maison Tindi, your items will be shipped to you within 48 hours.
 
THE DELIVERY ADRESS
Delivery will be made to the address you provided when validating your order. We are counting on you to ensure that you provide as much information as possible and verify your address before validating it. 

DELIVERY FEES
Delivery costs may vary from one order to another and correspond to the price lists established by the carriers according to the total weight of the package. They are clearly displayed on the summary table of your basket, as well as on the payment page. We offer standard delivery for your first order from €59 incl. VAT in mainland France with the code BIENVENUE. 

THE DELIVERY
Once your item has been dispatched, the tracking number for your package will be communicated to you by e-mail. You will then be able to track your order in real time. The delays depend on the mode of transport chosen. The customer is responsible for tracking his package. We invite you to check your e-mails and be vigilant for spam. In the event that the customer does not collect his package at the relay point or at the post office, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

The choice of relay points is made automatically according to your address by selecting the relay closest to you. However, you can write to us if you want to be delivered to a particular relay point.

RETURN AND REFUND

RETURN REQUEST
Nothing's easier ! Simply send us an email at contact@maisontindi.fr or via thisform in which you express your request as well as the reason for your return. 

RETURN DEADLINES
You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt of your order. 

RETURN COSTS
The return costs are your responsibility at the address 42 Avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return packages must be packaged in the correct manner and in the same conditions in which you received them. The refund will be canceled in the event that the returned products arrive damaged or broken due to non-compliance of the packaging. 

- Items which do not suit you and which you wish to return must be returned in good condition and packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by their labels. 

- Items that are damaged, showing signs of use, washed, returned without their original labels or which are not returned in their original packaging,​ will not be eligible for a refund .
 
PRODUCT ARRIVED BROKEN
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent them from breaking or being damaged during transport. However, if despite this your item arrives broken, you must contact us and send us a photo of the product within 3 days from the delivery date and we undertake to send you the same product, depending on available stocks. , as soon as possible or to refund you the article in question according to your suitability. 
If you notice that the packaging is damaged or torn at the time of delivery, you can refuse to accept the item, make reservations on the delivery note or go to the nearest post office.

the product HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT
It should be noted that our products are handmade by artisans. They may therefore have marks or disparities which makes each piece unique. Unlike industrial products, they are not standardized, these small differences are for us the guarantee of quality of a real handmade work. It is therefore important to read the description of each product carefully before purchasing to avoid returns. 

INABILITY TO SEND YOUR ORDER
